Hello, My name is Casey I am the owner of Wicked Crows.

I recently fell back in love with reading a few years ago when I got very sick before I was diagnosed with my disease. I have been a small business owner for many many years. I have always been very crafty and making things for others, doing special request for a very long time. I am a small business dedicated to creating high-quality, handmade bookish items that bring joy to book lovers everywhere around the world. Each item is carefully crafted with attention to detail. There is a little bit of everything here. I make all kinds of things.

SHOP POLICIES

RETURN POLICY:

We at Wicked Crows do not accept Returns or Exchanges, But please Contact Me if you have any problems with your order. I will do everything I can to make it right. I always want my customers to be happy but I cannot replace orders if they are lost or stolen due to the fact most items are one of a kind and I might not have the materials to re-make it.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

The only way orders can be Cancelled is if it hasn't been packaged and shipped out yet. Usually orders are being packaged and sent out within hours after your order has been placed.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping will be based on if you live in the United State or not. When shipping out of the USA it can be pretty pricey. If you are trying to check out and its not showing your Country please let me know and I will do my best to fix the issue. Most packages will be sent by USPS.

PAYMENT POLICY:

We Accept PayPal and Credit Cards. All orders will be shipped when the payment has been approved.
